Headed over to Torrance for the Ramen Yokocho Fest. Got there around 10 a.m. when it was suppose to open. Saw the crazy line to get in and decided it wasn't worth the wait. Left and drove to Little Tokyo for Daikokuya right in time for them to open their doors at 11 a.m.
