Asia Trip - Day 14 (Tuesday, August 16, 2011)

Spent the day in Hong Kong with no real plans.

Breakfast of champions. Instant ramen noodles with satay beef and an egg and Hong Kong milk tea in a hole in the wall (dai pai dong) in the Stanley Market area.

Breakfast was even better with this view of the Stanley Market waterfront while eating my noodles.

Walked around the Stanley Market waterfront area after breakfast.

Explored the Stanley Ma Hang Park. View of the waterfront and Blake Pier from a trail in the park.

Decided to go into the city. This is a street in Wan Chai.

 Wan Chai. Underwear.

Hung Hom. Crossing a bridge to get to my Dad's place to visit my Grandma. View from the bridge of the toll for the tunnel to cross the harbour.

The good stuff. Somewhere in Hong Kong.

 Best pig skin ever.

Walking around Aberdeen to buy food for dinner. Big advertisement of oyster sauce in the back.

Market in Aberdeen. Got a bit of everything to take back to the house to eat.

Market in Aberdeen. Bought some vegetables and seafood to cook at home.

Took the mini bus back to Stanley, where we were staying at a friend's house. Home-cooked meal. Walked down to the bars in the Stanley Market area for some beer and food.
